Glasshouse restaurant at Goonoo Goonoo Station is a recent addition to the property’s station buildings. Respectful of its place, the building is carefully calibrated to the scale and context of Goonoo Goonoo. The restaurant offers a fine-dining experience in a contemporary setting with polished concrete floors seamlessly flowing from the surrounding paths into the interior. Dramatic angled and slatted timber ceilings create movement and volume while giving warmth to the space. The interior finishes include fibre cement sheet, brass, leather and steel providing a polished contrast to the weathered rural buildings.
