Situated on a narrow site with a focus on privacy, this house was cleverly designed by sinking it into the ground to create three levels. The views from the house are carefully planned, with a lush greenery courtyard facing Pittwater. The materials used in the construction are limited to a few, including sandstone, timber, and bronze, creating a cohesive and modern aesthetic. The interior features a neutral palette to showcase art and furniture, while a unique 'ribbon' stair connects the levels with a fluid design. The upper floor private spaces provide views of the water and a swimming pool with access to the waterfront lawn and boatshed.
