The Mount St Benedict building extension and upgrade involves converting it into an educational facility with added teaching and administrative spaces. The project includes a new fitout and BCA upgrades, providing additional classrooms and improved school administration areas. The three renovated levels feature new learning spaces, amenities, and enhanced circulation. The ground floor hosts administration offices. The upgrade adds 11 new learning spaces, along with laundry, library stacks, and a kitchenette. Each level now includes student and staff amenities. The design incorporates a new entry path, stairs, and ramp for better accessibility. Heritage values were preserved through a prior assessment, ensuring the new design complements the existing structure while offering modern, functional spaces.
