The redevelopment of Concord High School builds upon a design journey initiated through early feasibility studies in 2017, culminating in the delivery of a contemporary and integrated learning environment. Respectfully developing the original concept design by JDH Architects, the project introduces three new buildings accommodating 40 flexible learning spaces, specialist teaching facilities and a multi-purpose sports hall, alongside refurbished and upgraded existing amenities. Delivered within an operational school setting through close collaboration with Richard Crookes Constructions, the project enhances capacity, functionality and connectivity across the campus, providing modern, adaptable facilities that support contemporary education while strengthening the school’s long-term identity.
