The project is an expansion of the 1992 Cherrybrook Technology High School complex to provide generous new learning spaces for arts-based activities, science laboratories and general learning as well as seminar rooms. Acoustic control, cross-ventilation and durable furniture and colourful finishes are an important feature of Cherrybrookâs new building. Sited on the perimeter of the school site, the sliding glass walls and wide covered verandahs offer a flexible alternative to formal learning spaces and provide opportunities to engage with science-based discussion while observing the natural world.
