Resolving privacy issues, bronze-tinted screens shield the upper levels providing the units with privacy. Windows and balconies to the north and south provide cross ventilation and abundant natural light. The combination of glazing and the natural heating and cooling from the outer gossamer-like screens are key sustainable design features. Each apartment spans the width of the building, offering significant outdoor space. The roof also introduces a garden space and a location for the building’s solar panels supplementing the development’s energy consumption.
