Sean Williams

Associate Director
National Trust of Australia (NSW)

Sean is a Heritage Architect and Associate Director with over 20 years’ experience working with a wide range of significant heritage places. With Sean’s extensive experience and knowledge of best-practice heritage management principles and fabric conservation, he is able to provide expert advice and heritage input into high profile projects as well as smaller scale projects to achieve excellent project outcomes.

I am interested in all aspects of heritage place management, ranging from historical research, fabric analysis and heritage assessments through to site master-planning and interpretation, and I have a particular interest in working with site owners, managers and other groups to establish appropriate and viable long-term uses for heritage places that not only ensure that their heritage values are integral to the way they are conserved and adapted in the future but acknowledge and celebrate the stories that are at the core of why they are valued.
