Reopening of Graythwaite, Shore School

After four years of planning, design and construction, the historic Graythwaite Estate in North Sydney was officially reopened on Sunday by the Governor of NSW Her Excellency Professor The Honourable Marie Bashir AC CVO and dedicated by the Archbishop of Sydney The Most Reverend Dr Glenn Davies.

The historic site has been given new life and is now and integral part of the Shore School campus.  The sandstone house and its outbuildings have been conserved and adapted for use as the School’s new administrative centre, visitor reception, museum and archives.
