Jocelyn Jackson won the Marion Mahony Griffin Prize in 2017 and spoke about her life’s work during the AIA International Women’s Breakfast at the Australian National Maritime Museum.
As a Practice Director at Tanner Architects and now TKD Architects, Jocelyn’s work has spanned over 40 years and has included all aspects of architecture- educational, commercial, community, adaptive reuse, residential and interiors. She suggests that her love and knowledge of textile design has informed her architecture and process. Jocelyn suggests: “get involved, set your ambitions high, tackle the hard stuff and believe in yourself”.
